Seller / Affiliate Agreement

This agreement is made between CHOICE ("CHOICE", "we") and the seller or affiliate ("Partner", "you") whose application has been approved to trade on the CHOICE marketplace. It governs commissions, delivery, refunds, affiliate participation and commercial conduct.

Commission is service-based. On approval, CHOICE assigns one of the following rates based on the services you selected during your application:

• Self Product Management + Self Delivery — 15%
• Self Product Management + CHOICE Delivery — 18%
• CHOICE Product Management + Self Delivery — 20%
• CHOICE Product Management + CHOICE Delivery — 25%
• Exclusive Brand Partnership — Custom, 25–30%

Every newly approved seller receives 30 days of 0% marketplace commission. When the promotional window ends, the assigned rate applies automatically.

Sellers on Self Delivery must dispatch within 48 hours and share tracking. Sellers on CHOICE Delivery must hand orders to CHOICE pickup within 24 hours; liability transfers to CHOICE at scan-in.

Refunds are approved for defective, damaged, wrong or materially misrepresented items within seven (7) days of delivery. Approved refunds are deducted from the next payout cycle.

Returns caused by seller error are recovered at seller cost; returns caused by CHOICE, courier or customer error are absorbed by CHOICE per policy.

Payouts run weekly for delivered orders past the 7-day return window and are sent to the payment method saved in your seller profile.

Sellers must maintain product authenticity, accurate listings, active stock management and 24-hour customer response times on business days.

Affiliates promote CHOICE and approved seller products through legitimate content and referral links. Attribution is tracked for 30 days from click. Affiliates must:

• Disclose affiliate relationships as required by advertising standards.
• Never bid on CHOICE trademarks in paid search or impersonate CHOICE communications.
• Comply with brand guidelines when using CHOICE or seller logos.

Affiliate commissions are paid monthly once minimum thresholds are met and are subject to reversal for fraudulent or invalid conversions.

Fraud, counterfeit goods, review manipulation, off-platform transactions, spam, and any breach of applicable law are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.

You keep ownership of your brand assets and grant CHOICE a non-exclusive licence to display and promote them across CHOICE channels for the purpose of selling your products or promoting the marketplace.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. CHOICE may suspend or terminate immediately for material breach or fraud. Outstanding orders must be fulfilled and pending payouts are released after the standard settlement cycle.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Dhaka under the Arbitration Act, 2001.
